By using Qcelot (“the bot”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

Qcelot is a Discord bot that monitors player count data for games on the Hypixel network and provides notifications and command-based interactions within Discord servers.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Qcelot to:

• Violate Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users or servers
• Attempt to disrupt, exploit, or reverse-engineer the bot or its services

3. Availability

Qcelot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No guarantees are made regarding uptime, accuracy of data, or uninterrupted service.

4. Termination

Access to Qcelot may be revoked at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including misuse or abuse.

5. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Qcelot after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
